Agronomic and molecular data on two historical maize poulation across a long-term participatory breeding program

ANNEX I. Data on the agronomic performance of two historical maize populations, Amiúdo and Castro Verde, and their derived selection cycles from multi-location field trials. ANNEX II. Genotypic matrix of the alleles per individual plant, scored in base pairs. Thirty random individual plants from each cycle (initial populations and selection cycles) were genotyped with 20 microsatellite markers.

附录一：涵盖两份历史玉米种群Amiúdo与Castro Verde及其衍生选择周期的农艺性状表现数据，数据来源于多地点田间试验。附录二：以碱基对为单位进行等位基因分型的单株基因型矩阵。针对每个周期（包含初始种群与选择周期），均随机选取30株单株，采用20个微卫星标记开展基因型鉴定。
