In the present study, single-cell transcriptome sequencing was employed to investigate the antitumor mechanism of FVIO-MHT in breast cancer . Cell–cell communication was performed to predict the interaction between tumor cells and macrophages. Overall design: Breast cancer tumors of the Balb/c treated with FVIO-MHT or PBS after 24 hours were analyzed using Drop-seq-based single-cell RNA sequencing.
