Dataset of Questionnaire Result from the respondents of Transformational Entrepreneurship, Readiness to change, Psychological Capital, and Employee Performance. Our respondents were branch managers of a state-owned bank and their immediate subordinates. The demographic data and respondents’ answers are available in this dataset(s).

本数据集收录了针对变革型创业（Transformational Entrepreneurship）、变革准备度（Readiness to change）、心理资本（Psychological Capital）与员工绩效（Employee Performance）的问卷调研结果。本次调研的受访对象为某国有银行的支行经理及其直接下属，数据集包含受访对象的人口统计数据与问卷作答结果。
