Soil pore water collected from various drained thaw lake basins near Barrow, AK was analyzed for dissolved carbon dioxide and methane. Soil water samples (0-10 cm depth) were collected using Rhizon soil moisture samplers and dissolved gases were measured by GC analysis of the headspace.
本研究对采集自美国阿拉斯加州巴罗附近多个疏干融冻湖盆的土壤孔隙水，开展了溶解态二氧化碳与甲烷的检测分析。实验中采用Rhizon土壤水分采样器（Rhizon soil moisture samplers）采集0~10 cm深度的土壤水样，随后通过顶空气相色谱（Gas Chromatography, GC）对顶空气体进行分析，以此测定水样中的溶解气体含量。
