Included are several reports produced by the International Association of Chiefs of Police about model law enforcement policy; reports that address deficiencies in police-community relations in Los Angeles; emergency operations and recovery plans developed by the City of Los Angeles; demographic analyses of the city's public housing developments; and a Los Angeles Times publication assessing the riots' root causes.
