We report a high degree of correlation between PDAC patient derived orgnanoid (PDO) drug sensitivity and clinical responses. This finding supports the utility of PDOs to tailor therapy for individual patients to improve clinical outcomes. Overall design: PDOs were established from a heterogeneous population of patients with PDAC including both basal and classical PDAC subtypes.
