Data from Epstein, Weiner, et al, 2025 SF-LCBA

This repository provides the processed data necessay to produce the figures from the Epstein, Weiner, et al. paper entitled "Live-cell analyses with unsegmented images to study cancer cell response to modified T cell therapy". All data is captured in one AnnData object that contains the SIFT descriptors in adata.X and all the associated keypoint-, image-, and well-level metadata (including spatial entropy statistics) in adata.obs. The corresponding github repository is titled SF-LCBA. This github repository contains a snakemake pipeline used to produce this adata object from raw images and, seperately, jupyter notebooks that take this adata object as input to perform statsitical tests and produce figures.
