Long-read RNA-seq dataset of X-ray–irradiated human whole blood

This dataset contains long-read RNA-seq data generated using Oxford Nanopore Technologies (ONT) from whole blood samples of three healthy human donors (two males and one female). Samples were exposed ex vivo to X-ray irradiation at a dose of 4 Gy and incubated for 6 hours post-irradiation. Sham-irradiated controls (0 Gy) were maintained under identical environmental conditions in a separate control room. This repository contains the dataset as raw counts in the form of DESeq2 object (dds) used for downstream analyses. Associated analysis pipeline and workflow are available on the GitHub Repository
