Franklin Co VA - Tax Parcels

This is the County parcel layer as maintained in a joint effort by the GIS Office and the Commissioner of Revenue's Office. The GIS Office maintains the parcel geometry based on available plats and deeds that are recorded with the Courts. The data associated with these parcels are maintained by the Commissioner of Revenue's Office by those same recorded deeds and plats. We do our best to stay as current as posssible, though there is always an unavoidable gap between transactions and the data associated with those transactions being available online.本数据集为县地块图层（parcel layer），由地理信息系统办公室（GIS Office）与县税收征管专员办公室（Commissioner of Revenue's Office）联合维护。地理信息系统办公室依据法院备案的有效地籍图（plats）与产权地契（deeds），维护地块的几何空间信息；县税收征管专员办公室则依托上述相同的法院备案地籍图与产权地契，维护与这些地块相关的属性数据。我们尽最大努力保持数据的时效性，但交易发生与其线上关联数据公开之间始终存在不可避免的时间差。
