CIMP 251: Water quality data from Trout Lake and tributaries, Sambaa Ke, Northwest Territories, 2024-2026

A study funded by NWT CIMP (Project 251) was undertaken to assist Sambaa K’e First Nation in understanding current and future risk of potentially harmful cyanobacteria blooms in Sambaa K’e (Northwest Territories). Regular sampling of water chemistry in Sambaa K’e and its connecting waters is being undertaken to gain a better understanding of nutrient sources and climate change impacts to the watershed.

由NWT CIMP（项目编号251）资助的研究已正式开展，旨在协助桑巴奇第一民族（Sambaa K’e First Nation）明晰其位于加拿大西北地区的桑巴奇湖（Sambaa K’e）内潜在有害蓝藻水华（cyanobacteria blooms）的当前及未来风险。目前正对桑巴奇湖及其连通水域开展常规水化学采样工作，以更深入地掌握流域内的营养盐来源与气候变化所带来的影响。
