收藏资源简介:
Data and code supporting the manuscript "A landscape exposure indicator for honey microbial safety: agricultural land use around migratory apiaries predicts honey bacterial load better than on-site hygiene inspection" (submitted to Ecological Indicators). Contents: - data/apiary_data.csv: 21 migratory apiaries sampled during the 2026 black locust (Robinia pseudoacacia) honey flow in the Republic of Korea. Field measurements (20-item hygiene checklist, hive-surface ATP bioluminescence, honey total aerobic bacteria and Escherichia coli in CFU/g, moisture, Varroa, yield) and 138 landscape exposure variables within 500 m, 1 km and 3 km. - data/distance_km.csv, data/data_dictionary.csv, data/county_tiers_TableS3.csv - data/national_rasters/: Agrarian Landscape Exposure Indicator on a 200 m grid for South Korea (GeoTIFF, EPSG:5186). - reproduce_numbers.py: reproduces every statistic reported in the manuscript (run: python reproduce_numbers.py). - processing_code/: code used to derive exposure variables and national rasters from public Korean datasets. Apiary coordinates are rounded to 0.01° to protect beekeeper privacy; pairwise distances were computed from full-precision
