Women's Health Data WLB Secondary School Teachers in Oyo State Nigeria

This data was collected by the women's health research group of the College of Medicine, University of Ibadan and explored work life balance of male and female teachers in rural and urban, public and private schools around Ibadan. We hypothesised that there were no differences in work-life balance scores of teachers across gender groups, school type (public/private) or location (rural/urban).
