多功能集成光量子芯片数据集主要面向硅基集成光量子芯片实验中高维纠缠光子态的产生、调制、滤波以及应用等。数据基于南京大学固体微结构实验室，由时间关联单光子计数系统产生。主要记录了芯片的经典光学特性表征，高维量子态的测量以及该量子态在量子模拟、高精密测量等领域的应用。数据量500MB。

Multi-Functional Integrated Optical Quantum Chip Dataset is primarily designed for experiments on silicon-based integrated optical quantum chips, covering the generation, modulation, filtering, and applications of high-dimensional entangled photon states. The dataset was developed based on the Solid State Microstructure Laboratory of Nanjing University, and generated using a time-correlated single-photon counting system. It mainly records the characterization of the chip's classical optical properties, the measurement of high-dimensional quantum states, and the applications of such quantum states in fields such as quantum simulation and high-precision measurement. The total size of the dataset is 500 MB.
