Electromagnetic Information Leakage of a Quasi-Quantum Key Distribution Receiver

This dataset contains 1200 records of 2500 samples classified into 4 labels. The dataset contains 600 measurements per antenna of radiated signals of the quasi-Quantum Key Distribution (QKD) receiver. That is a total of 1200 measurements of time-domain signals captured by both antennas. Each record is a vector of 2500 samples of the amplitude measured by the oscilloscope that ranges between -10 and 10 mV. The records are either noise or a signal carrying the emission radiated by one of the four SPADs in the quasi-QKD receiver during each acquisition. Each record is associated with one SPAD or noise with a label. Labels 1, 2, 3, or 4 are the corresponding SPAD and 0 is noise.

本数据集包含1200条记录，每条记录由2500个采样点构成，共划分为4个分类标签。本数据集采集了准量子密钥分发（quasi-Quantum Key Distribution, QKD）接收机辐射信号的天线测量数据，每根天线包含600组测量值，两根天线共计采集1200组时域信号。每条记录为示波器采集的2500个幅值采样点组成的向量，对应幅值范围为-10 mV至10 mV。每条记录要么对应噪声信号，要么携带着单次采集过程中准QKD接收机内4个单光子雪崩二极管（Single-Photon Avalanche Diode, SPAD）其中之一辐射出的发射信号。每条记录均通过标签与对应类别绑定：标签1、2、3、4分别对应4个SPAD，标签0代表噪声。
