资源简介:
Chemical inhibitors used to inhibit the formation of methane have been proven to be effective in inhibiting the formation of methane. Generally, chemical methanogenesis inhibitors can be divided into "specific" inhibitors and non-specific inhibitors. The "specific" inhibitors usually only inhibit the specific enzymes present in methanogens, while non-specific inhibitors affect the activity of methanogens and non-methanogens. There are many chemicals with different characteristics and optimal inhibitory concentrations that inhibit the formation of methane from methanogenic archaea. As the main sink of PAHs, microorganisms with degrading ability in the soil oxidize PAHs to produce alcohol, acetic acid, propionic acid, methyl compounds, H2 and CO2. In deep soil or anaerobic environments such as soil particles adsorbing PAHs, methanogenic microorganisms can It is further converted into methane, so the degradation of PAHs under methanogenic conditions may play an important role in the pathway of microbial degradation of PAHs in anaerobic environments.
