This dataset represents the initial comprehensive transcriptome draft captured during the early developmental stages of Platynereis dumerilii. Employing mRNA deep sequencing via the Illumina HiSeq platform, reads ranged from 75bp to 100bp (H.-C Chou et al., 2016). The RNA-seq data spans seven time points: 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, and 14 hours post-fertilization (hpf), each stage comprising two biological replicates.
