在模拟临近空间环境下,把太阳电池放在太阳光模拟器的光照下,接好太阳电池和数字源表的正负极,设定起止电压,步长,电流范围和测试时间等参数,进行扫描收集相关电流,电压数据,并通过专业软件反馈结果并记录。最终得到的数据为太阳电池的I-V特性曲线数据。(协议共享)
In a simulated near-space environment, the solar cell is placed under the illumination of a solar simulator. The positive and negative terminals of the solar cell and the digital source meter are properly connected. Parameters including start/stop voltage, step size, current range and test duration are set. Scanning is conducted to collect relevant current and voltage data, and the results are fed back and recorded via professional software. The ultimately acquired data is the I-V characteristic curve data of the solar cell. (Shared under protocol)
