Replication Data for First line switch to B/F/TAF for treatment of HIV in older adults ≥60 years in Kenya

This is week 48 dataset from the First line switch to B/F/TAF for treatment of HIV in older adults ≥60 years in Kenya or the B/F/TAF elderly study in short. The trial enrolled 520 participants aged ≥ 60 years old from among people receiving outpatient HIV care in two sites in Kenya. The variables contained in the dataset are; demographics, ARV history, body mass index, baseline and follow-up laboratory investigations (Viral load, CD4, blood sugar, renal function, lipids), and descriptive adverse event variables.

本数据集为肯尼亚60岁及以上老年艾滋病患者一线换用B/F/TAF治疗相关研究的第48周数据集，简称老年B/F/TAF研究。该研究从肯尼亚两个门诊HIV诊疗点的就诊人群中，共纳入520名60岁及以上的受试者。数据集包含的变量如下：人口统计学资料、抗反转录病毒治疗（Antiretroviral, ARV）史、体重指数、基线与随访实验室检测指标（病毒载量、CD4细胞、血糖、肾功能、血脂），以及描述性不良事件变量。
