In summary, these findings demonstrated that CXCL17-GPR35 axis and IL-17 signaling pathway were involved in mediating CRC tumorigenesis and drug-resistance. Inhibition of CXCL17-GPR35 axis and IL-17 would be promising therapeutic targets for OXA resistance in CRC.
