ESIF 2014-2020 EU payments (daily update)

This dataset presents information on EU payments to the ESI Funds programmes as well as to FEAD, IPA-E and ENI supported programmes.
Annual snapshots are provided in the data and therefore the data **must** be filtered by year to have an accurate view of the total EU planned amount and payments made.
Data is reported on cumulative basis, i.e. the amounts shown in 2017 represent the cumulative payments made from the beginning of the programming period (2014-2017 up to date).
The dataset is updated on a daily basis.

本数据集收录欧盟向欧洲结构与投资基金（European Structural and Investment Funds, ESI Funds）项目、最弱势群体援助基金（European Fund for Aid to the Most Deprived, FEAD）项目、入盟前援助工具-扩容版（Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance - Enlargement, IPA-E）项目以及欧洲睦邻工具（European Neighbourhood Instrument, ENI）所支持项目的资金拨付相关信息。数据集按年度快照形式提供数据，因此若要准确掌握欧盟计划总拨款金额与实际拨付金额，必须按年份对数据进行筛选。数据采用累计报送口径，即2017年列示的金额，代表自该规划周期（2014-2017）启动之日起至2017年末的累计拨付总额。本数据集每日更新。
