Datasets for "Primate Informed Neural Network for Visual Decision-Making"

This collection contains 3 datasets for the paper entitled "Primate Informed Neural Network for Visual Decision-Making": The RDK Dataset The RDK dataset contains numpy ndarrays (in npz) of RDK frames generated using PsychoPy. Please refer to the SI appendix for details of the dataset. The MRI Dataset The MRI dataset contains raw MRI data of T1w, dwi, func and fieldmap of 36 subjects. The dataset is splitted into 15 multi-part zip archives. Please refer to the SI appendix for details of the MRI experiment. The Behav Dataset The Behav dataset contains raw behavioral records of 36 subjects, including subject ID, trial number, random dot coherence, random dot direction, response direction, reaction time and accuracy. Please refer to the SI appendix for details of the Behavioral experiment.
