Minutes of Meeting: Governing Board, 6 November 2020

Minutes of the 72nd IFLA Governing Board meeting held on 6 November 2020 via teleconference. The Board approved the minutes from the October meeting and reviewed outcomes from the IFLA General Assembly held the previous day. Key decisions included approval of the 2019 Annual Accounts, authorization to convene the next General Assembly in conjunction with WLIC 2021, and endorsement of a motion to explore sustainable models for future WLICs, including holding the event every third year. The Board acknowledged the success of the virtual General Assembly, including high member participation and multilingual support.
