This dataset supports the publication 'Deep learning-based reconstruction of irregular laser ablation crater geometry from single plasma projection' in the journal: IOP - Machine Learning: Engineering The parent folder 'dataset' includes 2 main folders, one for Figures and one for Numerical Data: 1. Figures This folder includes all the figures inside the publication, which named in "'figure 1.png', 'figure 2.png', 'figure 3.png', 'figure 4.png','figure 5.png', 'figure 6.png', 'figure 7.png', 'figure 8.png'". The graphics denoted as SI figure 1 to SI figure 6 cited within the supplementary materials of the scholarly publication, are accessible under the file name "'SI figure 1.png', 'SI figure 2.png', 'SI figure 3.png', 'SI figure 4.png', 'SI figure 5.png', 'SI figure 6.png'". 2. Numerical data This folder includes two sub-folders named in "'SM Table 1', 'SM Table 2'", which including each corresponding .csv file for the tables in the supplementary file. (a) In 'SM Table 1', there is one CSV file in the folder, with the same name of the folder. - The shape of 'SM Table 1' is (61,4), containing 3 columns, which indicate the number of layer used in generator, image layer, image properties and specification of the layer.
