Quantitative provenance analysis from goSPL outputs
收藏资源简介:
This repository contains Jupyter notebooks and processed model outputs used to support the analyses presented in Hadler Boggiani et al. (2026; doi: 10.1029/2025JF008473) and Hadler Boggiani et al. (in review). The notebooks provide workflows for post-processing goSPL outputs, including the identification of sediment provenance regions contributing to the Gulf of Mexico sink and the Polish Trough, extraction of major drainage catchments, comparison of erosion–deposition patterns between forcing scenarios, and visualization of initial meshes and forcing conditions from .npz input files. For the Gulf of Mexico study, the repository also includes the final output timestep from three of the nine simulations covering the 15.6–12 Ma Middle Miocene interval. These files allow reproduction of the main post-processing analyses and figures presented in the manuscript. Full raw model outputs are not archived because of their large file size.
