New work life and work environment in news work, 2007

This survey of news workers was carried out in 2007-08. Members of The Danish Union of Journalists makes up the study population.The study contributes knowledge of the consequences of the considerable changes in use of tecnology, economical structures and forms of organisation to workings conditions, conditions of employment and psychosocial work environment. The primary research question concerns which consequences the ongoing tecnological, economical and organisational development in the news business has to the news workers working life in terms of workings conditions, conditions of employment and psychosocial work environment. 6-8 casestudies is carried out over a period of 1-2 years in companies chosen on the basis of. A combination of interviews, observations and written material is used to create an overview of the development and changes in conditions of employment, use of technology, management and job functions.

本新闻从业者调查于2007至2008年间开展，研究对象为丹麦记者协会（Danish Union of Journalists）会员。本研究旨在探究新闻行业在技术应用、经济结构与组织形式领域发生的重大变革，对从业者工作条件、就业状况及职业社会心理工作环境造成的影响，为相关领域提供研究依据。本次研究的核心议题为：新闻行业持续推进的技术、经济与组织变革，会从工作条件、就业环境及职业社会心理工作环境维度，对新闻从业者的职业生活产生何种影响。研究团队将基于特定遴选标准选取合作企业，在1至2年的周期内开展6至8项案例研究。本研究结合访谈、观察与书面资料三种研究方法，全面梳理就业状况、技术应用、管理模式与岗位职能的发展与变革情况，形成系统性认知。
