In this study, Dexin Fine-wool Meat Sheep samples were sequenced using the Illumina platform. For the long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) analysis, clean reads were aligned to the reference genome using HISAT2 to obtain mapping locations. Subsequently, StringTie was employed to assemble the mapped reads for transcriptome reconstruction.
