This dataset comprises of experimentally obtained values, material composition tables and graphs for calcined clay blended oil-well cement slurry samples in terms of compressive strength in distilled water and synthetic formation water of salinity about 105g/L curing at 70C temperature and Life cycle assessment (LCA) of total CO2 emissions and environmental impact factors associated with slurries. Slurry preparation and compressive strength was conducted in accordance with API rp 10B -2 and specifications 10A. LCA was conducted using the ISO 14040 framework. Additionally, XRD xy data of class G oil-well cement is also attached.
本数据集包含煅烧黏土掺合油井水泥浆试样的实验测得值、材料组成表格与图表,相关实验针对在70℃条件下养护、分别置于蒸馏水及盐度约105g/L的模拟地层水中的试样,涵盖其抗压性能数据;同时包含与该类水泥浆相关的总二氧化碳排放量及环境影响因子的生命周期评估(LCA)数据。水泥浆制备与抗压强度测试均符合美国石油学会(API)RP 10B-2标准及API规范10A的要求。本次生命周期评估(LCA)遵循ISO 14040标准框架开展。此外,本数据集还附带了G级油井水泥的X射线衍射(XRD)xy数据。
