Development plan no. 18 — Special area station forecourt — city Großräschen (WFS)

On a part of the former IFA estate, a fallow area in front of the station building, the Building Plan No. 18 created building rights for large-scale retail functions in 2009. In order to ensure a more extensive supply of quality-oriented goods in the city centre, the resettlement of a full food range in the central supply area became necessary. Furthermore, the centre of the city and the development axis Bahnhof — IBA-Terrassen were strengthened.在前IFA园区（IFA estate）内车站大楼前的闲置地块上，2009年出台的18号建筑规划（Building Plan No. 18）为大型零售功能授予了建设权限。为确保城市中心能够提供更为丰富的高品质商品供给，在中央供应区域内完成全品类食品业态的搬迁安置成为必要之举。此外，城市核心区域与‘火车站（Bahnhof）—IBA-Terrassen’发展轴线均得到了强化优化。
