This study investigates the molecular characteristics underlying the improved rooting efficiency of tree peony explants treated with phloroglucinol via transcriptome analysis. This project analyzes the differential gene expression profiles in stem and leaf tissues of tree peony explants after phloroglucinol treatment, aiming to elucidate the molecular mechanisms responsible for the enhanced rooting of the explants.
