Flow cytometry data (GxE flow files; 2 of 2) for Genotype-by-environment interactions shape ubiquitin-proteasome system activity, Avery et al. 2025

This is flow cytometry data for GxE between BY and RM in eight environments for six different ubiquitin proteasome system reporters referenced in the linked paper. It also includes the negative control samples. Please see the Methods of the linked paper for more details.Due to the file number limit, half of the files have been uploaded here, and the other half are uploaded in a different data set under the same collection. This data set contains the fcs files for the 4xUb, UFD, and Rpn4 reporters (including data that was excluded as described in the Methods).
