资源简介:
To investigate the polarization status of macrophages during wound healing in zebrafish we performed fin fold amputation at 3 days-post-fertilization and isolated macrophages at different time after wounding. The objective is to characterize the transcriptional profile of macrophages at different time points after wounding. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for macrophages CUT larvae at 2 hours post-amputation (4 replicates), 5 hours post-amputation (4 replicates) and 29 hours post-amputation (4 replicates). Controls are macrophages from non-amputated larvae at 2 hours post-infection (4 replicates), 5 hours post-amputation (4 replicates) and 29 hours post-amputation (4 replicates).
