The Manner-System (MNR): Management of National Relativity — From Obligation to Energy

The Manner-System (MNR) is a scalable, ethically grounded framework for making relational structures in groups and society visible. It measures social trust through two primary signals — Relief (Erleichterung) and Connection (Verbindung) — and introduces three degrees of freedom: Independence, Systemzustand (RVI), and Meta-Independence (MII). The framework includes a 9-datapoint measurement model (DP0–DP8), an OWL 2 DL ontology, and a KI-guided interview protocol (11 questions).
