"该数据集记录了青海省科协系统科技活动基本情况1978-2019年的统计数据，数据按举办科普宣讲活动、宣讲活动受众人数、播放科技广播、影视节目、举办实用技术培训、实用技术培训人数、推广新技术、新品种、参加活动科技人员总数、参加活动的学会协会研究会、覆盖村、等划分的。数据整理自青海省统计局发布的青海省统计年鉴。数据集包含23个数据表，分别为：

This dataset contains statistical data on the basic status of scientific and technological activities carried out by the science association system of Qinghai Province from 1978 to 2019. The data is classified according to the following categories: popular science lecture sessions, audience size of the lectures, broadcasting scientific and technological radio and film/television programs, practical technology training sessions, number of trainees in practical technology training, promotion of new technologies and new varieties, total number of scientific and technological personnel participating in the activities, participating societies, associations and research associations, covered villages, etc. The data is compiled from the Qinghai Statistical Yearbook released by the Qinghai Provincial Bureau of Statistics.
