Metagenome sequencing of Kuenenia stuttgartiensis TB1 enrichment culture. activated sludge metagenome

An anammox culture enriched from a Taiwanese wastewater treatment plant performing partial nitrification, anaerobic ammonium oxidation and denitrification was used for metagenome sequencing with an Iontorrent PGM. Contigs were binned to Kuenenia stuttgartiensis TB1 based on their coverage and the resulting draft genome was annotated using prokka.
