To investigate the role of Trx1 in the heart, cardiomyocyte-specific Trx1 knockout mice were generated. RNA-sequencing was performed with RNA extracted from the heart. Cardiomyocyte specific Trx1 knockout mice were generated with Myh6-Cre. Total RNA was extracted at 1 month of their age to conduct RNA-sequencing. There are control (n=3) and test (n=3) samples.
为探究硫氧还蛋白1(Trx1)在心脏中的生物学功能,本研究借助Myh6-Cre重组酶系统构建了心肌细胞特异性Trx1敲除小鼠模型。于该模型小鼠1月龄时提取心脏组织总RNA,开展RNA测序(RNA-sequencing)实验。本研究设置对照组(n=3)与实验组(n=3)两组样本。
