TABLES OF EXTRACTION DATA

This systematic review will include original in vitro experimental studies that assess the anticancer effects of green-synthesized silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) derived from herbal plant extracts. Eligible studies must report laboratory-based evaluations on cancer cell lines, examining endpoints such as cytotoxicity, apoptosis, cell viability, oxidative stress, or mechanisms of action. Only peer-reviewed articles published between 2015 and 2025 will be considered.

本系统综述拟纳入评估由草本植物提取物衍生的绿色合成银纳米颗粒（silver nanoparticles, AgNPs）抗癌效应的原创体外实验研究。符合纳入标准的研究须报告针对癌细胞系开展的实验室评价结果，检测终点涵盖细胞毒性、细胞凋亡、细胞活力、氧化应激及作用机制。本综述仅纳入2015年至2025年间发表的同行评议论文。
