We develop a database that provides a comprehensive collection of alternative translational initiation events. The purpose of this alternative translational initiation database (ATID) is to facilitate the systematic study of alternative translational initiation of genes. The current version of database contains 300 genes from Homo sapiens, Mus musculus and other species.
本研究构建了一套全面收录选择性翻译起始事件的数据库。该选择性翻译起始数据库（Alternative Translational Initiation Database，ATID）旨在为基因选择性翻译起始的系统性研究提供便利。当前版本的数据库共收录了来自智人（Homo sapiens）、小家鼠（Mus musculus）及其他物种的300个基因。
