The Risk Prevention Plans (PPR) were established by the Act of 2 February 1995 on strengthening the protection of the environment. They are the state’s key instrument for risk prevention. The objective of this procedure is to monitor development in areas exposed to a major risk. The PPRIF des Adrets-de-l’Estérel was prescribed by prefectural order of 13 October 2003. A prevention and management tool, the PPRIF aims to take into account forest fire risk in the urban development of the municipality. The FPRIP prescribes prevention measures to be implemented by both owners and public communities. These measures concern existing assets and new constructions.The Plan for the Prevention of Natural Risks of Forest Fires in the commune of the Adrets de l’Estérel was approved by prefectural decree of 30 January 2015. It is worth servitude of public utility. Depending on the level of hazard, the stakes and the defensibility, the PPRIF regulation distinguishes different types of areas: 1) Red Zones (R); generally inconstructible areas; 2) Play Zones (EN): broken down as follows: — En1: high to very high risk area; — En1 indexed: high to very high risk area awaiting equipment; — En2: moderate to high risk areas; — En3: low to moderate risk areas; 3) NCR: areas not affected by risk.风险预防计划（Risk Prevention Plans，缩写PPR）由1995年2月2日《加强环境保护法》确立，是国家开展风险预防工作的核心工具。本流程的目标是对存在重大风险区域的开发活动进行监测。 埃斯特雷勒阿德勒地区的PPRIF由2003年10月13日的省令确立。作为预防与管理工具，PPRIF旨在将森林火灾风险纳入市镇的城市开发考量范畴。FPRIP规定了业主与公共社区均需落实的预防措施，这些措施涵盖既有资产与新建工程。 埃斯特雷勒阿德勒市镇森林火灾自然风险预防计划（Plan for the Prevention of Natural Risks of Forest Fires，缩写PPRIF）于2015年1月30日经省法令批准，受公共役权约束。 根据危险等级、风险影响及防御难度，PPRIF的规制将区域划分为不同类型： 1） 红色区域（R）：通常为禁止建设区域； 2） 可开发区域（EN）：细分为以下类别： — En1：高至极高风险区域； — En1索引型：待配套设施的高至极高风险区域； — En2：中至高风险区域； — En3：低至中风险区域； 3） NCR：无风险影响区域。
