Organize and release the plan documents and drawings for the case titled "Amendment to Taichung City Urban Planning Master Plan (Excluding Dakeng Scenic Area) (Third Comprehensive Review) (Application for Changing Residential Zones to Commercial Zones in the Second Quarter of the 111th Year of the Republic of China)". Implement the aforementioned plan, which shall take effect at 00:00 on November 4, 2022, and the original announcement information shall prevail.
