本数据集通过全基因组DNA甲基化分析,对比系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)患者外周血单个核细胞(peripheral blood mononuclear cell,PBMC)中的高甲基化CpG位点(CpG site)。共开展三组对照比较:分别为伴狼疮肾炎(lupus nephritis,LN)阳性的SLE患者与正常对照(normal controls,NC)(S3-1)、不伴LN的SLE患者与正常对照(NC)(S3-2),以及涵盖伴与不伴LN的全部SLE患者与正常对照(NC)(S3-3),旨在以折叠变化(fold change,FC)>1.2及q值(q value)为条件,鉴定高甲基化DNA CpG位点。
