Weekly rainfall data collected by a Snowdon gauge fitted with a Nipher shield. Gauge orifice parallel to the slope, with orifice at 1.2 meters above ground in the Langrivier catchment in the Jonkershoek valley, Western Cape, South Africa.
本数据集为搭载尼弗尔防护罩（Nipher shield）的斯诺登雨量计（Snowdon gauge）所采集的周度降雨数据。该雨量计孔口与坡面平行，安装于南非西开普省琼克斯胡克谷的兰格里弗尔集水区内，孔口距地面高度为1.2米。
