Archaeological sites bound by Ministerial Decree. The constraint areas were perimeterd on a cadastral basis starting from the constraint plans attached to the Ministerial Decree经部长令（Ministerial Decree）划定的考古遗址。约束区域以地籍为基准，参照该部长令所附的约束规划图完成边界划定。
