Broadening Understanding of Environmental Communication through Transdisciplinary Narratives on Climate Change - A Creative & Critical Exploration

This body of research contributes to the field of environmental communication, by expanding upon the more traditional notion of one-way 'messaging'. Rather, by integrating theory and practice, environmental communication is posited as developing a community’s own ecological storytelling capacity, and enhancing local capacity to identify and address environmental problems. 本研究成果拓展了传统的单向“信息传播”理念，为环境传播（environmental communication）领域贡献了新的研究视角。相较于传统理念，本研究通过整合理论与实践，将环境传播界定为培育社群自身的生态叙事能力，并提升本地识别与应对环境问题的综合能力。本研究借鉴了包括媒介传播学、环境人文学科在内的多领域理论概念，且以创造性实践研究作为研究根基。
