Thematic analysis of retrenchments impact

Dataset for a Masters study titled "The implication of retrenchments : through the lens of survivors". The study employed a qualitative research design and an interpretivist paradigm to explore the impact of retrenchments on those employees who remain within organisations post-retrenchments (survivors), as well as practices that organisations maintain a high-performing and committed workforce post-retrenchments.
Data collected was processed and categorised into themes in order to develop findings with relation to the research question. The study maintained high levels of confidentiality and ethical procedures.

本数据集为一篇题为《裁员的影响：以幸存者视角》的硕士研究配套数据。本研究采用质性研究设计与解释主义范式，旨在探究裁员实施后仍留任于企业的员工（即裁员幸存者）所承受的裁员影响，以及企业在裁员后维持高绩效与高敬业度员工队伍的相关实践。
