本数据集围绕基于羟醛缩合反应和加氢脱氧反应的介孔氧化物负载型过渡金属催化体系的高品位液体燃料制备技术的研发,系统开发了双层金属改性核壳结构分子筛催化剂、双金属改性微介孔结构分子筛催化剂、基于活性位点与载体相互作用的NiMo负载型金属氢化物催化剂、Cu负载型金属氢化物催化剂等六种生物质热解催化剂类型,并对活性气氛下双金属活性中心对生物质及其衍生物催化热解反应机理和产物分布的影响实验数据进行说明。研究综合采用TEM、XRD、XPS、BET、BJH、H₂-TPD、CO₂-TPD、EPR、XAS、VASP 计算等表征与分析技术,获取催化剂表面晶相数据、比表面积和孔分布、物相价态、酸性位点、碱性位点、官能团、自由电子信号等关键信息。该数据集为基于过渡金属氧化物的廉价加氢脱氧催化剂应用于生物质原料热解转化调控与生物油提质改性领域的研究提供了数据基础,为解决催化剂结焦失活、目标烃类收率低等技术难题提供了支撑。数据量为176.03 MB。

This dataset centers on the development of high-grade liquid fuel production technology using mesoporous oxide-supported transition metal catalytic systems based on aldol condensation and hydrodeoxygenation reactions. Six types of biomass pyrolysis catalysts have been systematically developed, including bilayer metal-modified core-shell zeolite catalysts, bimetallic-modified micro-mesoporous zeolite catalysts, NiMo-supported metal hydride catalysts based on the interaction between active sites and supports, and Cu-supported metal hydride catalysts, etc. The dataset documents the experimental data on the effects of bimetallic active centers on the catalytic pyrolysis reaction mechanism and product distribution of biomass and its derivatives under reactive atmospheres. The study comprehensively adopted characterization and analysis techniques including TEM, XRD, XPS, BET, BJH, H₂-TPD, CO₂-TPD, EPR, XAS, and VASP calculations to obtain key information such as catalyst surface crystal phase data, specific surface area and pore distribution, phase valence states, acidic sites, basic sites, functional groups, and free electron signals. This dataset provides a data foundation for research on the application of low-cost transition metal oxide-based hydrodeoxygenation catalysts in biomass feedstock pyrolysis conversion regulation and bio-oil upgrading and modification, and supports the solution of technical challenges such as catalyst coking deactivation and low target hydrocarbon yield.
