This dataset collects and counts overdue maintenance data of different elevator maintenance units in Wuhan City, aiming to analyze the work quality of each maintenance unit, assist units in optimizing safety management and personnel allocation, support local regulatory authorities to carry out targeted supervision on units with warning ratings, and provide data support for relevant personnel to formulate cooperation plans.
1. Data Collection: Relevant data on overdue maintenance incidents of various elevator maintenance units in Wuhan are collected via elevator IoT devices and alarm receiving platforms.
2. Data Processing: Clean, analyze and organize the collected raw data to obtain the required datasets, including: maintenance unit, statistical time, region, maintenance type, number of overdue maintenance elevators, and number of involved residential communities.
3. Data Calculation:
- Proportion of overdue maintenance elevators of a single unit = Total number of overdue maintenance elevators of the unit throughout the year / Total number of overdue maintenance elevators in Wuhan City throughout the year
- Proportion of involved residential communities of a single unit = Total number of residential communities involved in overdue maintenance of the unit throughout the year / Total number of residential communities involved in overdue maintenance in Wuhan City throughout the year
An example of data for a single maintenance unit is provided, with multiple units included in the dataset, and the unit name is used as the identifier in the data field.
4. Early Warning Evaluation: Grade evaluation is carried out using IF functions:
- For the proportion of overdue maintenance elevators: If 0 ≤ proportion ≤ 0.1, mark Evaluation A as "+"; if proportion > 0.1, mark Evaluation A as "-".
- For the proportion of involved residential communities: If 0 ≤ proportion ≤ 0.1, mark Evaluation B as "+"; if proportion > 0.1, mark Evaluation B as "-".
A unit is rated as "Qualified" only when both Evaluation A and B are "+", otherwise it is rated as "Warning". For maintenance units rated as "Warning", local regulatory authorities will conduct mandatory interviews, strengthen supervision, increase the frequency and content of daily maintenance, so as to reduce elevator safety hazards.
