This is a supplementary dataset for the article about foreign authors in Russian Scopus-indexed journals (in Russian). It contains publication and citation data for - countries (sheet 1) - journals (sheet 2) - country clusters (4) - subject areas (5) Based on the set of ca.90000 papers with strictly foreign affiliations (without Russian affiliations) in ca 600 journals for 2000-2021

本数据集为一篇针对俄罗斯Scopus收录期刊中外籍作者的俄语学术文章的补充数据集。数据集涵盖四类维度的发表与引用数据：1. 国家（对应工作表1）；2. 期刊（对应工作表2）；3. 国家集群（共4组）；4. 学科领域（共5类）。该数据集基于2000年至2021年间、约600种期刊内总计约9万篇仅标注外籍机构署名（无俄罗斯机构署名）的论文集合构建而成。
