Lane Use Management Signals

Returns information about the current state and reported values of LUMS Sites that match the filter conditions.Lane Use Management Sites are the locations at which electronic road signs show changes to proscribed road conditions. These sites may show speed limits, lane control symbols, or a combination of both. The speed limits and lane control symbols apply to traffic conditions in the downstream section of road.

本数据集返回符合过滤条件的LUMS站点的当前状态与上报数据。LUMS站点即车道使用管理站点（Lane Use Management Sites），是指设置电子道路标志以展示管制道路状况变更的点位。此类站点可展示限速标识、车道控制标志，或两者兼具。上述限速标识与车道控制标志适用于对应路段下游的交通状况。
