Sphingobacterium multivorum B-3 was isolated from the soil contaminated by hexaconazole, which can degrade hexaconazole efficiently. The transcriptome sequencing of Sphingobacterium multivorum B-3 between hexaconazole-treated and solvent control was conducted by RNA-sequencing to explore the degradation mechanism.
