数据为2023年8月-11月对于海南岛、南沙群岛采集的3种珊瑚（Acropora millepora, Porites lutea and Dipsastraea spp.）进行温度胁迫实验，从而获得相应温度下两地珊瑚的钙化速率、光合呼吸速率、虫黄藻密度、光化学效率这5项生理指标。
The dataset was generated from temperature stress experiments conducted on three coral species (Acropora millepora, Porites lutea, and Dipsastraea spp.) collected from Hainan Island and the Nansha Islands between August and November 2023. Five physiological indicators of corals from the two regions were obtained under their respective stress temperatures, including calcification rate, photosynthetic rate, respiratory rate, zooxanthellae density, and photochemical efficiency.
